Our Lake of the Woods fishing resort offers sleeper houses for overnight ice fishing. Get the team together and come on up to northern Minnesota to catch a variety of trophy walleye, muskie, lake sturgeon, pike, and other types of fish from one of our sleeper ice house rentals.

Our Sleeper houses are spacious and comfortable for the specified number of fishermen and always preheated with two pre-drilled holes for each person. 7 of the 8 sleep 5 people. With 1 being able to accommodate 6 people.
In addition, we have a new bath house located on our resort property. Free for any of our sleeper guests to use ($5 towel fee).
We also provide foam mattresses, water, live bait, toilet paper, garbage bags, propane lights a 2 burner cooktop, and fish cleaning.
What’s not included? bring your own generator, cooking supplies, food, bedding, and fishing gear. See the full list of what is included in the sections below.
Generator Not Included: All sleepers are wired for generators. You may bring your own or rent a 1700-watt generator from us for $50 per day (including one tank of gas).
Transportation Safety: Please note for everyone’s safety, no guests will be led or allowed to drive out to sleeper houses after 3:00 pm daily.

Minimums: All packages require a 2-night/2-day minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
Optional Meal Plans: Add a meal plan for only $55 per person per day and receive breakfast, “cook’s choice” sack lunch, & dinner from our menu. Served at our resort restaurant “Miles Lab Bar & Grill.”

Smoking: 100% Non-Smoking Policy for all of our rental units (all cabins, rooms, sleepers, and ice houses). A $200 cleaning fee is automatically billed to your card on file if a smoking violation occurs.
Pets are allowed at a nominal fee of $20 per pet, per day.

River Bend Resort is situated on the “Walleye Capital” along the banks of the Rainy River the mouth of Lake of the Woods. We’re on the point north of Baudette.

Sleeper ice houses are specially designed shelters equipped with sleeping accommodations, allowing anglers to fish overnight comfortably. They enhance the ice fishing experience by providing shelter from the elements and convenient access to prime fishing spots on Lake of the Woods.
Yes, our sleeper ice houses are pet-friendly. In fact, dogs are welcome on our entire resort. Many of our guests bring their dogs on an ice fishing adventure on Lake of the Woods and stay in our cabins and ice houses.
Our sleeper ice houses come fully equipped with amenities such as bunk beds, heating systems, cooking facilities, and restroom facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable overnight fishing stay.
Our sleeper ice houses are available in various sizes, with our largest able to accommodate up to 6 people. For larger groups, we recommend renting more than one unit and can place them close together.
Over the years, we’ve come to know all the best ice fishing locations on Lake of the Woods in our area. We continually move our sleeper ice houses strategically based on new information to give you the best chances of catching fish.
Yes, our rental cabins are equipped with basic kitchen facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. Basic utensils, cookware, and flatware are provided.
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and beverages to enjoy during your overnight stay in the sleepers.
