Our ice fishing resort on the Minnesota side of Lake of the Woods offers an incredible opportunity to come up, rent a warm, comfortable cabin during the night, and catch a variety of walleye and other trophy fish in a day house.
You will enjoy nightly comfort in one of our well appointed Lake of the Woods cabins. Located on our resort and within walking distance of our Miles Lab Bar & Grill where we serve the best food and drinks anywhere to be found up on the point.
All linens are provided, with full kitchens and kitchenware for your convenience. Just bring your fishing gear and your own toiletries and you’ll be all set! Limited equipment rental available.
Each day our guides will provide you with a road pass, fish bucket, live minnows (bait), trash bag, ice scoop, and hot tips regarding what the daily action has been and how to put more fish on the ice. During early ice (and upon request throughout the entire ice season) we will provide heated transportation.
You then will be lead out to your ice house promptly at 7:30 AM. Our experienced guides will check on you throughout the day making sure you are catching fish and having fun. Then around 4:30 PM you will be lead back in to the lodge.
Upon your arrival you will drop off your fish bucket to our new fish cleaning facility where your ice guide will clean your fish for you – for FREE! Then the rest of the evening is yours to relax, tell stories of the day’s fishing adventure, have a drink, order a great meal, or have today’s catch cooked to order, and enjoy the football or hockey game on one of the four big screen TVs at the Bar & Grill.
Pricing is Per Person based on designated minimums that vary depending on availability at the time of booking.
Minimums: All packages require a 2-night/2-day minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
Optional Meal Plans: Add a meal plan for only $55 per person per day and receive breakfast, “cook’s choice” sack lunch, & dinner from our menu. Served at our resort restaurant “Miles Lab Bar & Grill.”

Smoking: 100% Non-Smoking Policy for all of our rental units (all cabins, rooms, sleepers, and ice houses). A $200 cleaning fee is automatically billed to your card on file if a smoking violation occurs.
Pets are allowed at a nominal fee of $20 per pet, per day.

Our cabins are on our resort, which is on the point near the mouth of where the Rainy River meets Lake of the Woods. The advantage of this area is it is naturally located near prime ice fishing locations on Lake of the Woods, ensuring quick and easy access to the best spots for walleye, northern pike, muskie, and more.
Yes, our rental cabins are equipped with basic kitchen facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. Basic utensils, cookware, and flatware are provided.

Yes, we do have bait available during each season. There are also two bait shops in close proximity to our resort. They offer larger selections of bait and tackle specific to fishing on the Rainy River and Lake of the Woods.
We offer a variety of cabins ranging from cozy one-bedroom setups to spacious family cabins with multiple rooms, all equipped for your ice fishing adventure on Lake of the Woods. Some are traditional cabin style while the larger units are renovated trailer homes.
