We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at our charming inn. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the ins and outs of hotel operations and who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is friendly, organized, dependable, and proactive.

• Front Desk Operations: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage guest inquiries and requests. 
• Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, take detailed notes on guest needs or requests, and effectively relay information to the relevant hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, supervisor) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintenance & Tidiness: Keep the reception area and common spaces clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
• Food & Beverage Support: Prepare and set up breakfast each morning, ensuring a pleasant start to the day for our guests.
• Housekeeping Assistance: Help with laundry tasks in the evening, ensuring a steady supply of clean linens and towels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. A proactive and positive attitude.
