Zippel Bay State Park
If you are looking to hike, camp, bird watch, or stroll the beach during warm weather you have found the right place. In the winter you can enjoy snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing.
This city park just on the east side of town offers many attractions to fill your day. Take a leisurely stroll on the walking path. Enjoy a quiet picnic or family gathering in the pavilion area. Spend some time throwing horseshoes, playing volleyball, or swinging at the playground. Timber Mill also offers a public boat ramp, fish cleaning facility and bath house.
